Strategy Event/Discovery Session
Many of our client relationships over the years have commenced with an online Discovery session or a 1-2 day offsite strategy event with the Directors - depending on the needs and size of the business.
We help you build a medium-long term plan for your business; there are often big ‘light-bulb’ moments for clients in these sessions.
